Entain
Entain are a multi-national, tech-driven entertainment company, specialising in sports betting and gaming. In 2020 the owners of Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala and Foxy Bingo rebranded from a holding company to a fully fledged brand.
An important part of this journey was a much greater focus on sustainability, including environmental commitments and equality, diversity and inclusion. They have since launched a number of internal and external campaigns to create positive change around the world.



Entain x McLaren Returnship
In January 2023, Entain partnered with the McLaren F1 Team to launch a pioneering returnship programme to get women back into STEM roles following career breaks.
As the Creative Lead for the project, I worked with our design team to develop a creative identity for the campaign. We were tasked with clearly communicating the opportunity to prospective candidates and encouraging them to reignite their careers.
Make Today Matter
In May 2021 the company made a commitment to get to net zero carbon emissions by 2035 – and they wanted every member of their 25,000-strong workforce to get involved.
We designed an internal campaign to inspire teams around the world to Make Today Matter by making small changes to their everyday routine that, when put together, would have a huge impact. The messaging and creative was also used in external-facing forums by the CEO to communicate Entain's ESG plan.
